  • We provide remote design services throughout the U.S. and we are happy to meet with out about accommodating properties abroad. We also travel for design and installation. Contact us to check availability in your area.

  • A virtual design project lasts 3-4 weeks, with a specified handoff day upon signing. The first week involves market research and strategy development, followed by a 2-3 week design phase to source furniture.

    The design and project management service adds 5 weeks, totaling 8-9 weeks from start to finish.

  • The extent of our involvement in your marketing strategy is flexible and tailored to your needs.

    You can always rely on us to assist you in selecting the right amenities and to determine the optimal guest count for your property.

    If you choose to hire us for design and project management, we will also photograph the property for you, showcasing its best features.

    Beyond these services, we are open to negotiating any additional marketing support you may require, ensuring that you receive the level of assistance that suits your objectives.

  • Our budget for furnishings and decor is usually $10-15 per square foot, though factors like location may affect this. This budget supports various styles and adapts to each project's needs, providing lasting value.

  • We curate furniture from sources like Amazon, Wayfair, and Target, balancing quality with investment value. We assess customer reviews to ensure each piece meets our standards and avoid high-end brands that inflate prices based on name alone.

    Of course, we are more than happy to accommodate any preferences or tastes you may have outside of these brands.
