The Process

Market Research and Strategy:

At Blue Bower, our focus is to create properties that will generate more revenue. To achieve this, we conduct extensive market research and use data to make sound, informed design decisions. We look at why guest travel to your area, who the primary target audience is, what are the optimal amenities, and what is the ideal guest count.

Kickoff Call:

We will arrange a meeting to review the project scope, beginning with our market findings and the design direction/amenities that we believe will give you the highest return. On this call, we will also discuss the furnishing budget.

Design Period:

During your two-week design slot, we will make all of the furniture and design selections based on our predetermined strategy.

Design Handoff:

At the end of your design period, we will handoff your design boards, floor maps, spreadsheet, staging tips, and 5-week installation guide.
